How it is measured
Chest circumference
Run the tape measure horizontally under the armpits and over the fullest part of the chest.
waist size
Measure your waist circumference at the level of your natural waist, i.e. between the highest point of your hip bone and the lowest point of your rib cage.
Hip circumference
Place the tape measure around your hips and measure the circumference at the fullest part of your bottom.
